Our Chef Raimondo's passion for the land drives him to make the most of carefully selected ingredients to create traditional Alpine dishes. The Wine List offers a wide range of labels, with Piedmontese and mountain wines taking centre stage, complemented by national and international selections.

Every week Hotel Sud-Ovest organises a candlelit traditional dinner for its guests.

To start the day the right way, we offer a generous buffet of sweet and savoury items: local cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, home-made pastries, fresh bread, jams, yoghurt with a wide choice of cereals, juices, freshly squeezed fruit, hot drinks and fresh fruit. A wide selection of wines recommended by our Sommelier.
